The primary advantage of the Superimposed Valve lies in its ability to achieve a series installation with piping, thereby reducing system leakage, vibration, and flow noise. This allows designers to achieve system integrity and efficiency while saving space, and it is easy to install and maintain. Currently, the layered valves are available in three main sizes: 6mm, 10mm, and 20mm, and can be paired with the 02, 03, and 06 solenoid directional valves.
The stacked valves meet the international standard ISO4401, with suitable thicknesses for each specification, allowing for easy assembly using mounting screws in any hydraulic system. The layered valves are widely used in various industrial hydraulic systems, such as machine tools, cranes, and rolling mill equipment.
Recommended Viscosity for Use: The recommended viscosity for normal operation is 15-400 CST. For valve return oil dampeners, the viscosity range must be 15-200 CST.
Recommended Oil: Any of the following hydraulic fluids listed may be used.
Petroleum-based oil: Utilizes oils equivalent to ISO VG 32 and VG 64.
Synthetic Liquid: Use phosphate ester fluid or polyol ester fluid. When using phosphate ester fluid, please use special fluororubber seals.
Water-Based Liquid: Utilizing Water-Ethylene Glycol Solution.
Operating Oil Temperature: The continuous working temperature is between 15℃ and 70℃.
Pollution Control: Pay attention to the contamination of oil, as it can lead to valve damage or reduced lifespan. Ensure a contamination level of NAS 638-11 grade, and use a pipeline oil filter with a precision of 25um or finer.
Assembly Process:
Assemble in a clean environment following these steps, ensuring the valve mounting surface is clean and free of dust and foreign matter. Thread all the double-ended bolts into the designated base plate, bottom plate, and pipe plate mounting surface holes. With the hydraulic circuit stack-up valve and the solenoid directional valve, position the mounting surface with the O-ring facing the base plate. Before inserting the stack-up valve into the bolts, confirm that the stack-up valve hole alignment is correct. Tighten the nuts to the right by hand, then torque them to the specified torque. After a trial run, retighten the nuts within the specified torque range to achieve sufficient pre-tension.
