Using and Maintaining the External Round Polishing Machine
1 Place the workpiece into the track first.
3 Lock the track to incline it at a certain angle (the greater the angle, the faster the workpiece will advance).
Engage the guide wheel motor and move the grinding head to the workpiece if the forward speed is appropriate.
5 If threading occurs, it indicates a faster forward speed; accordingly, slightly decrease the inclination angle of the track.
During rough polishing, reduce the guide roller speed slightly; for fine polishing, increase the guide roller speed moderately.
7 Regularly check if the reducer is low on oil.
Check for any noises or slight movements inside the grinding head regularly.
