Utilizing the centerless grinding principle, composed of the two main mechanisms of throwing and feeding, the machine can perform both large stock removal and fine grinding/finishing by adjusting the feed rate of the grinding head. By modifying the spacing of the guide wheels, it accommodates different sizes of workpieces. The feeding mechanism features a stepless speed change device, allowing the feed speed of the workpiece to be altered for optimal finishing effects. Additionally, the machine can flexibly select from various polishing tools such as abrasive discs, sisal wheels, cloth wheels, and nylon wheels, based on the workpiece material and polishing requirements. The workpiece tray is made from wear-resistant material, eliminating the need for frequent adjustments. When adjusting the workpiece specification, the machine employsThe "one-way movement, double-side positioning" structure greatly simplifies the tray adjustment process. The number of main spindle heads can be specifically determined at the time of ordering, based on the original condition of the workpiece surface and the required finish of the finished product surface.
