Utilizing the centerless grinding principle, the machine consists of two major mechanisms: the abrasive and the feed mechanisms. By adjusting the abrasive head feed rate, it allows for large stock removal or fine polishing. By adjusting the guide wheel spacing, it can process workpieces of different sizes. The feed mechanism employs a stepless speed change device, enabling the workpiece feed speed to be altered for optimal polishing results. It also allows for flexible selection of various polishing tools such as abrasive disc wheels, sisal wheels, cloth wheels, and nylon wheels, depending on the workpiece material and polishing requirements. The workpiece tray is made of wear-resistant material, eliminating the need for frequent adjustments. When changing workpiece specifications, the machine's "one-way movement, two-way positioning" structure simplifies the tray adjustment process. The number of main abrasive heads can be specified according to the original surface condition of the workpiece and the required finish of the finished product at the time of ordering.
