Utilizing the centerless grinding principle, composed of two main mechanisms: the dresser and the feed mechanism. By adjusting the dresser feed rate, it allows for large stock removal or fine polishing. The spacing of the guide wheels can be adjusted to process workpieces of different sizes. The feed mechanism features a stepless speed variation device, enabling the adjustment of the workpiece feed speed to achieve ideal polishing results. Various polishing tools, such as abrasive disc wheels, sisal wheels, fabric wheels, and nylon wheels, can be flexibly selected according to the material and polishing requirements of the workpiece. The workpiece tray is made of wear-resistant material, eliminating the need for frequent adjustments. When changing the workpiece specifications, this machine employsThe "one-way movement, two-way positioning" structure greatly simplifies the tray adjustment work. The number of main spindle heads can be specifically determined at the time of ordering, based on the original condition of the workpiece surface and the required smoothness of the finished product surface.
