Utilizing the无心磨削 principle, composed of two major mechanisms: the grinding and feed mechanisms. By adjusting the feed amount of the grinding head, it can perform either generous or precise polishing operations on workpieces. Adjusting the spacing of the guide wheels allows for processing different sizes of workpieces. The machine's feed mechanism employs a stepless speed control device, enabling the workpiece feeding speed to be modified to achieve the ideal polishing effect. Additionally, various polishing tools such as abrasive discs, sisal wheels, cloth wheels, and nylon wheels can be flexibly selected according to the workpiece material and polishing requirements. The workpiece support plate is made of wear-resistant material, requiring minimal adjustment. When adjusting for different workpiece specifications, this machine uses"The 'one-way movement, double-side positioning' structure greatly simplifies the plate adjustment work. The number of main spindle grinding heads can be specifically determined at the time of ordering, based on the original condition of the workpiece surface and the required finish quality of the finished product surface."
