Utilizing the centerless grinding principle, the machine consists of two main mechanisms: the dresser and the feed. By adjusting the dresser feed rate, it can perform rough or fine grinding and polishing on workpieces. By altering the guide wheel spacing, it can process workpieces of various sizes. The feed mechanism features a stepless speed change device, allowing for the adjustment of the workpiece feed speed to achieve ideal polishing results. It also offers flexibility in selecting different polishing tools such as abrasive disc wheels, sisal wheels, cloth wheels, and nylon wheels, depending on the workpiece material and polishing requirements. The workpiece tray is made of wear-resistant material, eliminating the need for frequent adjustments. When changing workpiece specifications, the machine's "one-way movement, two-way positioning" structure simplifies the tray adjustment process. The number of main dresser heads can be specified at the time of order, based on the original condition of the workpiece surface and the required finish of the finished product.
