The pipe descaling machine is composed of several parts, including the body, workpiece fixing mechanism, polishing walking mechanism, loading and unloading mechanism, specification adjustment mechanism, and control system.

1. Body: Constructed from steel frame welding, it boasts sufficient strength to ensure the compact structure of the entire machine. The Jinan pipe rust removal machine features an aesthetically pleasing design, safe and smooth operation.

2. Workpiece Fixing Mechanism: Installed on the machine body, its function is to secure the steel pipes, and the price of a round steel pipe derusting machine, allowing the polishing head to align with the workpiece smoothly.

3. Polishing Traveling Mechanism: Utilizes an infinite reduction electrode for deceleration and drives the polishing head forward and backward through a chain and sprocket transmission, with infinite speed adjustment for travel.

4. Feeding and Unloading Mechanism: Utilizes cylinders and linear guides to control the feeding, positioning, and unloading of workpieces, thereby achieving automated control of the polishing process.

5. Tube Specification Adjustment Mechanism: Adjusts the center height of the workpiece and the center height of the polishing head by raising and lowering the workpiece positioning frame.

6. Control System: Equipped with a PLC programmable controller as the main control unit, the polishing process is programmatically controlled. Features "Manual/Automatic" mode: Manual mode allows for single-action operation for easy adjustment of workpiece specifications. Automatic mode enables adjustment of the polishing process and full automatic control of the polishing process.
