The pipe derusting machine is composed of several parts, including the main body, workpiece fixing mechanism, polishing walking mechanism, loading and unloading mechanism, specification adjustment mechanism, and control system.

6. Control System: Utilizes a PLC programmable controller as the main control unit, program-controlled for automatic polishing process. Features "Manual/Automatic" modes: Manual mode allows for single action operation, facilitating adjustment of workpiece specifications. Automatic mode allows for polishing process adjustment and achieves automatic control of the entire polishing process.
