Maintenance of Round Tube Polishing Machines:
1. Pipe Maintenance
Polishers' exterior and all sheet metal covers, special motors, and heat dissipation equipment surfaces must be kept clean. Regularly clean polishing material powder. Replace and tighten handles, globes, screws, nuts, and other components. Maintain the machine tool in order. Clean polishing machine accessories, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and rust-proof.
Section II: Polishing Machine Complete Unit Inspection
Check all screws, belts, and tension levels on the polishing machine. Adjust loose screws to the proper tightness. Inspect the wear on all bearings, and replace any damaged ones. Clean the guideways thoroughly, ensuring no polishing material powder is present. Apply lubricant after cleaning.
Section 3: Hydraulic Systems
Some polishing machines are equipped with hydraulic systems. Please conduct a thorough inspection, clean the oil filters, oil ports, and oil felt. Ensure the oil pathways are clear, the oil cups are complete, and the oil gauges are bright. Check the oil pipe connections for firmness and no leaks.
Inspect and adjust the hydraulic lubrication system pressure gauge to maintain normal operation. Oil quality and quantity meet requirements.
Electrical Appliances
Schedule regular cleaning of motors and electrical boxes. Electrical equipment should be securely and neatly mounted, with reliable operation. Inspect and tighten neutral bonding devices. Check toggle switches; replace any faulty ones immediately to avoid unnecessary hazards.
