Single-station small horizontal (grinding) polishing machine



The small polishing machine is composed of basic components such as the base, polishing disk, polishing fabric, polishing hood, and cover. The motor is mounted on the base and connected to the motor shaft. The polishing fabric is securely fastened to the polishing disk through a sleeve. Once the motor is powered on via the switch on the base, the machine can be used to apply pressure by hand to the specimen on the rotating polishing disk for polishing.


Polishing Machine Operation Instructions:
1. Place the workpiece into the track first.
Align the center of the workpiece with the center of the indexing wheel.
3. Lock the track to incline it at a certain angle (the greater the angle, the faster the workpiece will advance).
4. Start the guide wheel motor, and move the grinding head to the workpiece if the forward speed is appropriate.
5. If threading occurs, it indicates a faster forward speed; you may slightly reduce the incline angle of the track.
6. Regularly check for oil shortage inside the reducer.
7. Regularly inspect for any noise inside the grinding head or slight movement
Single Standalone Polishing Machine

The round tube polishing machine features fast polishing speed and easy adjustment. The guide wheel speed is adjustable to meet the polishing requirements of different speed workpieces. Horizontal Multi-Station Polishing Machine

This polishing machine features an electric motor and one or more polishing wheels. It operates by the motor driving the wheels to rotate at high speed, allowing the surface to be polished on the mirror to rub against the polishing wheel coated with polishing agent, thereby smoothing and brightening the edge of the mirror. When adjusting the workpiece specifications, the multi-station round tube automatic polishing machine utilizes a "single-direction movement, double-direction alignment" structure, greatly simplifying the plate adjustment process.

 
This equipment features an infinitely variable speed guide wheel, catering to the grinding and polishing needs of workpieces with varying diameters and speeds. Vertical Multi-Station Polishing Machine

The machine is composed of the body, grinding head section, conveying roller section, environmental protection hood section, and electrical control section.

Adjust the spacing of the feeding roller (guide roller) and polishing roller to fit the workpiece size. Press the start button on the electrical control cabinet. The feeding roller begins to rotate under the motor's power, transporting the workpiece to the polishing area. Start polishing by first performing a coarse polishing on the outer diameter, then proceed to the next polishing area for a fine polishing of the outer diameter surface. This completes a processing cycle from coarse to fine polishing.

This equipment features a 3KW, 4-pole energy-saving motor (with a 1-year warranty on the motor). Compensation for wheel wear is controlled by a handwheel, offering easy operation. The polishing motor is mounted on a fixed worktable (cross slide table) and can be moved forward and backward by operating the worktable below the motor. The polishing motor shaft can be adjusted to a certain angle relative to the workpiece feeding direction, facilitating the removal of vertical patterns from the previous process.
