1.3 Execution Standards

The MCP mining cables comply with MT818.2-2009.

Mining coal mining machinery cable usage characteristics and working conditions

1. Working Conditions

1.1 Rated working voltage (U0/U) is 0.38/0.66 kV, 0.66/1.14 kV, and 1.9/3.3 kV respectively.

1.2 The minimum bend radius of the cable is 6 times the diameter of the cable.

The ground core of the 1.3 cable should be properly grounded.

2. MC and MCP cables feature resistance to mechanical shock and compression.

3. The sheath of MC and MCP cables is flame-retardant, and its performance should comply with the requirements of MT818.2-2009 standard.

4. Cable delivery length:

MC and MCP type cables are manufactured in lengths of not less than 100m, with delivery of short sections allowed that are not less than 40m. The delivery length of the short section cables shall not exceed 10% of the total delivery length.

Under the terms of the agreement between both parties, deliveries of any length are permitted. The length delivery tolerance is no more than ±0.5%.

Short cable lengths can be supplied in coils, but each coil should not exceed 80kg in weight. Coiled cables should be properly packaged.

When coiling the cable onto a drum, it must be rolled in the direction of the arrow on the drum.
