Fire-retardant steel-braided computer cables ZR-DJYPV22 Computer Cables This product is suitable for electronic computers and automated connections requiring high anti-interference capabilities at rated voltages of 500V and below. The cable's ground core J-termination uses K-type Class B density polyethylene with antioxidant properties. The J-termination of polyethylene features high resistance, good voltage resistance, a low dielectric constant, and minimal impact from temperature and frequency variations, ensuring not only transmission performance requirements are met but also the cable's service life is guaranteed. To minimize mutual crosstalk between circuits and external interference, the cable is designed with a shielding structure. The shielding requirements are tailored to different scenarios, including: shielding combinations of twisted pairs, overall shielding of cables composed of twisted pairs, and overall shielding after combined twisted pair shielding methods. Computer cable shielding materials include round copper wire, copper tape, and aluminum/plastic composite tape. The shielding offers good J-curl properties; if a potential difference occurs between the shielding pairs during use, it will not affect the transmission quality of the signal. Product Rated Voltage (U0/U): 300/500V Continuous working temperature: 70℃ Installation temperature: Fixed installation -40℃, Non-fixed installation -15℃ Minimum bend radius: Unarmored should be less than 6 times the cable outer diameter, armored cables should be not less than 12 times the cable outer diameter. At 20°C, after a stable charging test with a direct current voltage of 500V for 1 minute, the J-circuit resistance should not be less than 2500MΩ·Km. Each pair of shielded twisted pairs should not be disconnected from each other, nor should they be disconnected from the overall shield. The cores of the cables and the shielding should withstand a 50HZ, 2000V AC voltage test for 5 minutes without puncturing, which includes flame-retardant computer shielding cables (also known as twisted pair shielding cables, shielded twisted pair cables, segmented and total shielding cables, double shielding double twisted cables, computer shielding control cables, electronic computer shielding cables, ZR-DJYJPVP electronic computer cables, computer shielding soft control cables, flame-retardant computer cables, flame-retardant electronic computer cables, shielded multi-core cables ZR-JRPVP distributed signal cables, computer cables, computer control cables, computer signal cables, shielded computer cables, armored computer cables, soft-core computer cables, flame-retardant computer cables.
