Tianjin Cable Corporation Plastic Cable Factory, originally known as the Third Plant of Tianjin Cable Corporation, was established in 1972. It was a subsidiary of the former Tianjin Cable Corporation and is a member of Tianjin Tian缆Little Cat Group Co., Ltd. It serves as a mining fire-retardant cable production base and a Northern coal mine cable production enterprise. The factory has been involved in the transformation of basic industries and modernization projects, and its products have been applied in key construction projects. The sales and service team, consisting of over 80 personnel, covers more than 20 provinces and municipalities across the country. With continuous development over the years, the factory has become a technology-driven enterprise with scientific management as its foundation. It is one of the larger-scale wire and cable manufacturers. The factory has obtained the ISO9001 quality management system certification, the CCC mandatory product certification certificate in 2003, and was recognized as a "Contract-keeping and Creditworthy Enterprise" in 2005. In 2006, the products passed the "Safety Mark Certificate for Coal Mine Products" and were inspected by the "Coal Mining Machinery Quality Inspection Center." Located in the Bohai Economic Circle, the factory enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It currently has 485 employees, including 13 senior engineers, 25 technical personnel, and 180 professionals of various types. The factory covers an area of 48,000 square meters with a building area of 31,000 square meters, fixed assets of 46 million yuan, and an annual production capacity of 320 million yuan. The factory's production equipment is advanced, manufacturing processes are refined, inspection methods are comprehensive, and technical strength is substantial. Over the past decade, the factory has actively adopted international standards and provided high-quality, reliable products with a complete range of specifications to both domestic and international customers. The products produced by the factory have been widely used in power, metallurgy, petroleum, fire protection, chemical industries, and the transformation of two networks, among other basic industries and modernization projects. For many years, the stable quality of the products has been well-received by customers. The factory has improved and strengthened its internal quality assurance system, and the products have passed the production license inspection, obtaining the ISO9001-2000 quality system certification, significantly enhancing the overall quality of the enterprise.
