BDR2L00 is a single-phase MOSFET gate driver, optimized for driving the gates of high-side and low-side power MOSFETs.

Integrated bootstrap diode reduces the number of external components. A wide operating voltage range allows for optimizing high-side or low-side MOSFET gate drive voltage for improved efficiency. The internal adaptive non-overlapping circuit further reduces switching losses by preventing simultaneous conduction of two MOSFETs.
