General Description

The TX75XXH series is a set of three-terminal low-power high-voltage regulators realized with CMOS technology. They allow input voltages up to 40V. They offer several fixed output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures low dropout and low static current. Although primarily designed as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to achieve variable voltages and currents.
