Insulation resistance between the main cores of the cable and between the main cores and the ground wire, converted to +20°C, should not be less than 100 MΩ·km.
2. The transition resistance of the main core shielding layer is not more than 3kΩ when converted to 20°C.
3. Product Standard: MT818.5-1999.
4. The MYP type cable consists of 3 main cores with insulated shielding and a ground wire covered with a semi-conductive rubber layer. The cores are twisted around the semi-conductive rubber layer to form the cable. The outer sheath is made of black chlorinated polyethylene rubber or black chloroprene rubber.
5. Conductor Core: Made of soft copper wire, meeting the specifications of GB/T3956-1997.
6. Insulation: Uses XJ-00A type rubber as specified in GB7594.2-1987.
7. Core Identification: Insulated color-coded identification, main cores red, green, and white.
8. Ground Wire: Semi-conductive rubber sheathed.
9. Insulation Shielding: Wrap semi-conductive tape over the insulating surface.
10. Cable assembly: Consists of 3 main cores and 1 ground wire wrapped around a semi-conductive rubber core pad, twisted together in a clockwise direction to form the cable.
11. Sheath: Made of rubber type XH-03A according to GB7594.7-1987. The oxygen index of the sheath rubber is ≥40.
12. The flame-retardant properties of the finished cables meet the requirements of MT386-1995.
13. Cable Marking: The cable surface is printed with the model, voltage, specifications, and manufacturer's name.
