The heat pipe evaporator is a waste heat recovery unit developed for glass furnace exhaust gas at high temperatures and significant energy loss, leveraging the heat pipe technology of the factory. It utilizes the waste flue gas from the glass furnace to produce steam, which can act as an atomizing agent for fuel oil or preheat heavy oil, ensuring the system's steam is self-sufficient. It can also serve as a vaporizer for gasifiers and for domestic steam needs. It is currently the配套 equipment for glass furnace改造.
The principle of operation: The heat pipe evaporator is primarily composed of bubbles, heat pipes, and a smoke box. This equipment is mainly installed on the flue after the heat storage room. During operation, the waste flue gas produced by the kiln passes through the smoke box of the equipment. The heat pipes in the smoke box absorb the excess heat from the flue gas and conduct it to the water in the steam drum, causing the water to heat up and vaporize, producing saturated steam for production and daily use. This replaces the original steam boiler, achieving the effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
