The filtration length of the dewatering machine's filter body, some dewatering machine manufacturers, in an effort to save costs, shorten the filter body. A too short filter body can result in incomplete filtration of the filtrate, increasing the moisture content of the dewatering machine. Adjustments to the processing are made through the back plate and screw variable frequency drive. To reduce moisture content, the gap to the back plate is decreased, the pressure within the pleated screw bolt is added, and then the moisture content is reduced. To improve moisture content, the gap through the back plate is increased, the pressure within the pleated screw bolt is reduced, and then the moisture content is further improved.
The smaller the gap on the back pressure plate, the lower the moisture content of the filter cake, the greater the burden it imposes, leading to faster wear on the machine's movable parts (like the floating ring and screw shaft). A decrease in sludge concentration will result in a reduction of solid additives, leading to a higher moisture content.Sludge Dewatering MachineDue to the solid additive reducing body pressure and decreasing dehydration performance, adding volume to the slurry serves the purpose of increasing the solid content. When adding mud, ensure that the liquid level does not exceed the high position (H) of the flocculant mixing tank. Adjust appropriately to ensure continuous dehydration.

In the case of increased sludge feed, if the sludge concentration is high, it will exceed the normal processing screw volume of the folding mechanism. This will result in the sludge level often being higher than the liquid level position (H) of the絮凝混合罐 motor. This may cause the following symptoms, so you should regularly check the sludge concentration.Sludge Dewatering MachineDuring debugging, the pump operates but the flow rate is low: Check for any sterile spots on the pump body and adjust the intake pressure of the compressed air. Decrease the pump body speed and adjust for a higher liquid viscosity and concentration.
Check if the valve ball is stuck. If there is a mismatch in the transportation of liquid and valve ball material, the valve ball may swell. Please replace with suitable valve ball and seat materials. Also, inspect if the intake pipe is blocked. If the sludge dewatering machine's pneumatic diaphragm pump fails to start or slows down, check the filter, pressure regulator, and lubrication device, as well as a blocked intake filter.
