The black membrane biogas digester refers to a sealed anaerobic fermentation space formed by completely wrapping the bottom and top of a biogas digester with a black impermeable membrane. This space is used to produce biogas for electricity generation. The leachate produced is highly fertile after dilution, offering convenient construction, low costs, and significant economic benefits. It is widely used in the farming industry, such as pig and cattle farms.
We construct black film biogas ponds, utilizing both the top and bottom films. The bottom film is a 1.0mm thick black film that fully covers the base of the pond, providing complete impermeability to prevent leachate from contaminating groundwater and soil. The top film, made of 1.5mm thick black film, is resistant to intense sunlight, tearing, and corrosion, thereby extending the lifespan of the black film biogas pond and increasing daily biogas production. Standard dimensions are typically 6 meters wide and 50 meters long, with custom lengths available upon request.
