As a complete system, the platform boards and ladders are designed to ensure both structural stability and worker safety. Therefore, compared to other types of scaffolding, the hook and tread plates of the cantilever scaffolding significantly enhance safety. Each unit of the cantilever scaffolding is a truss structure, ensuring safety. As everyone knows, this construction project will use round plate scaffolding, so the safety of its installation is crucial. Here are some important considerations for the installation of round plate scaffolding: 1. The base, frame, structure, and wall connectors of the round plate scaffolding need to be designed, with load-bearing capacity calculations performed, and a comprehensive installation, use, and dismantling plan should be established and strictly followed. 2. The round plate scaffolding should be installed according to the specified installation angle bars, shear supports, or even walls or supports. If the overall strength of the round plate scaffolding exceeds the load, additional load-bearing capacity should be increased. 3. The intersection positions of the round plate scaffolding's rods should meet the construction requirements for nodes, and the installation and tightening of the connection nodes should comply with the requirements. The torque for tightening the fastening bolts should generally be between 4.0 and 6.5 Nm. 4. The round plate scaffolding should form a compact foundation with sufficient load-bearing capacity. A base should be established under the bolts or plates. If the support is in a foundation pit (trench), the vertical distance from the edge of the pit (trench) should not be less than 1 meter. The slope and gradient should not be less than the natural soil friction angle, and slope protection and reinforcement should be performed otherwise. 5. Safety nets must be established according to regulations to ensure the safety of workers around the shelves. As the round plate scaffolding connects many accessories, any quality issues with these connection components can lead to safety concerns with the scaffolding. Preventive measures against electricity for cantilever scaffolding: The steel tube hoist accessories must be strictly prevented from contacting live bodies during assembly and use. Otherwise, power should be disconnected or the power source removed during assembly and use. If removal is not possible, reliable insulation measures should be taken. The hoist accessories should be grounded, with grounding electrodes set approximately every 25 meters, with a depth of 2-2.5 meters into the ground. When conducting night work, electrical wires passing through steel pipes should be isolated from the pipes. If conditions allow, low-voltage lighting should be used.
