Ladder Tube Maintenance: After the scaffolding construction is completed, the project supervisor convenes personnel from the technical, safety supervision, and construction teams, equipped with torque wrenches, to conduct both visual and actual inspections.
Ladder Jack Scaffold Maintenance:
1 Securement and reinforcement of wall members, as well as relocation. Relocation changes to areas affecting construction can only be made after technical department measures are in place; operators are prohibited from relocating wall members without authorization.
2 Observe the overall or partial vertical deviation of the scaffolding, particularly focusing on the corners of the scaffolding and both sides of the joints, for any tilt or sinking. If any abnormalities are found, organize personnel immediately to reinforce the structure.
3 Thoroughly inspect the root binding of the dense mesh for looseness and check for any broken rope. Promptly restore any loose bindings and replace any broken ropes.
4 Regularly inspect the bamboo matting, promptly repair broken strands and fill in gaps. Additionally, check the binding points of each mat simultaneously.
5 Monitor the materials stacked by users to ensure they do not exceed the construction load. For scaffolding used in bricklaying, for instance: three layers or less for standard bricks in a single row, and four layers or less for perforated bricks in a single row.
6 Remove accumulated materials, bricks, concrete blocks, and other debris from the hazardous areas of the scaffolding.
