The electric lifting platform is crafted from high-strength aluminum profiles, offering the advantages of high strength, aesthetic appearance, compact size, light weight, tight structure, ease of movement, stable lifting, user-friendly operation, and reliability. It makes high-altitude work more convenient, quick, and allows for slow movement and speed adjustment, making it an ideal high-altitude work equipment for modern production.
Self-propelled aluminum alloy lifting platforms are available in single-column, double-column, triple-column, and quadruple-column designs. They are widely used for high-altitude operations and maintenance in factories, automated warehouses, parking lots, mining and industrial sites, and enterprises.
Electric lifting platforms do not require high-cost machine rooms above the shaft, as the top house can be level with the roof. However, traditional non-machine room freight elevators require a net height of 4.2 meters at the top, and non-machine room freight elevators must reach a net height of 4.5 meters. Additionally, the top machine room typically needs to occupy over 20 square meters, while no machine room is needed above the shaft, and a top height of 3.5 meters or more facilitates installation.
The electric lifting platform utilizes low-noise screw pumps, with the pump station and motor designed as submersible structures to reduce noise. The lifting mechanism employs hydraulic cylinders for lifting instead of wire rope traction, making it suitable for low-height applications.
