2. The track trolley walking track surface should be trimmed. In simple terms, this means it needs to be polished, as it's freshly made. All tracks have burrs. Do not underestimate these small burrs; they could be the demise of the track wheel. Always check if the track has been polished before installation. Do not be deceived by the smooth surface of the track. If the load is less than 500kg, it is recommended to use aluminum alloy tracks, which have a smooth walking surface, but still require repair before installation.
3. The horizontal track suspension should be naturally vertical. If an incline is installed, it may affect the improper movement of the longitudinal track pulleys, uneven edge of the track pulleys, and rapid wear of wheels with excessive edge.
