Terminal machine maintenance is crucial. According to maintenance technical requirements, terminal machine maintenance is divided into two types: routine maintenance and secondary maintenance. Routine maintenance is simpler than secondary maintenance in terms of technical requirements, so such maintenance operations are usually carried out by operators themselves. Secondary maintenance, however, requires technical expertise and is primarily performed by professional maintenance personnel. Below, we will briefly introduce the routine maintenance methods for terminal machines.
The lubrication of the stamping guide rail on the terminal machine is a key daily maintenance task. Generally, maintenance in this phase should be carried out every one to two hours. When lubricating, two to three drops of oil should be added to the oil filling hole at the top of the guide rail. It's not advisable to add too little, as it won't achieve the desired lubrication effect, and adding too much will be wasteful.
Terminal machines require daily cleaning. Operators must clean the machines immediately after each use, ensuring all dust and debris are thoroughly wiped away.
Terminal machine bearing lubrication is required weekly. The bearing directly determines the working speed of the terminal machine, and we must lubricate it effectively according to the standard procedure. First, we need to remove the back cover of the machine, then detach the spring clip of the internal driven belt pulley, followed by removing the belt pulley.(Be mindful not to let the bearing balls fall out.)After removing all the obstructive components, you can apply the butter.
