The pulse jet dust collector is an improved model based on the bag dust collector, enhancing its performance. The modified pulse jet dust collector retains its excellent purification speed, substantial actual capacity, stable performance, ease of operation, long filter bag lifespan, and minimal maintenance workload.

I. Working Principle of Pulse Bag Dust Collector:

The pulse bag dust collector consists of parts such as the ash hopper, upper, middle, and lower cabinets, which are compartmentalized. During operation, the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet duct, with coarse dust particles falling directly to the bottom of the hopper. Fine dust particles are carried by the gas and turn upwards into the middle and lower cabinets. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags, and the filtered gas enters the upper cabinet to the clean gas manifold-exhaust duct, where it is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. The cleaning process involves first shutting off the clean gas outlet duct of the compartment, causing the bags to be in a state without gas flow (compartmentalized stop airflow cleaning). Then, the pulse valve is opened to use compressed air for pulse-jet cleaning, with the valve closure time sufficient to ensure that the dust detached from the filter bags settles into the ash hopper after the jetting, preventing the phenomenon of dust reattaching to the adjacent filter bag surface due to gas flow. This ensures complete cleaning of the filter bags and is controlled automatically by a programmable controller for the exhaust valve, pulse valve, and ash discharge valve, etc.

II. Pulse Jet Bag Filter Commissioning Steps:

1. Adjust the dust removal controller to ensure the correct operation sequence of the electromagnetic pulse valve and the correct sequence of dust removal units.

Check the voltage of the electromagnetic pulse valve and electrical control section (24V or 220V).

3. Inspect for any loose or detached seals on the equipment.

4. The compressed air pressure for blowing should be maintained at 5~7 kg/cm².

5. Check if the motor and mechanical transmission on the equipment operate normally.

6. Check if the baghouse and filter bag installation on the equipment is stable.

7. Perform equipment no-load operation and debugging, ensuring all parts operate normally.

8. Perform load testing and debugging of the equipment. Ensure all components operate normally and adjust the cleaning cycle based on changes in the equipment's operating resistance (resistance method or timing method).

Section 3: Maintenance and Care of Pulsed Bag Dust Collectors:

Determine the frequency of dust removal maintenance based on the dust volume of the dust collector.

2. Determine regular drainage of accumulated water based on the water level in the air cushion.

3. Regularly inspect the pulse cleaning system of the dust collector to ensure proper operation. If not, focus on checking for membrane loss in the pulse valve, malfunction of the electromagnetic pulse valve, and replace them promptly. Filter bags should be cleaned promptly and replaced on a schedule.

4. Regularly inspect equipment operation for normalcy based on variations in equipment resistance.

5. Regularly inspect the usage status of wear parts according to the list of vulnerable parts.

6. Regularly replenish lubricants for the equipment's lubricated parts; replace the reducer's lubricant every six months, and replenish the bearing lubrication points weekly.

7. Pay close attention to the integrity of the electrical control box's sealing, preventing water and dust from entering. Regularly clean the accumulated dust inside the electrical control box.

IV. Features of Pulse Jet Bag Dust Collector:

1. The pulse bag dust collector employs a separate chamber stop wind pulse blowing cleaning technology, overcoming the drawbacks of conventional pulse dust collectors and separate chamber reverse blowing dust collectors. It boasts excellent cleaning capabilities, dust removal speed, low emissions concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, and minimal footprint. It operates stably with good economic returns. Suitable for purifying dust-containing gases and recovering materials in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemicals, electricity, and light industry.

2. Due to the use of room-by-room stop wind pulse jet cleaning, a single blast can achieve the full cleaning purpose, thereby extending the cleaning cycle and reducing the energy consumption for cleaning. This also significantly lowers the air consumption. Additionally, the fatigue level of the filter bags and pulse valves is correspondingly reduced, which multiplies the lifespan of both the bags and the valve blades.

3. Bag replacement and maintenance can be performed in individual compartments while the system's fans are running and the system operates normally. The filter bag mouth features an elastic expanding ring, providing good sealing and stability. The filter bag frame is designed with a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the frame, extending the bag's lifespan, and making it easier to remove the bags.

4. Utilizes an upper-drawer bag removal method; during bag change, after removing the frame, the soiled bag is dropped into the lower ash bin of the housing, then retrieved through the manhole, altering the conditions for bag replacement.

5. The housing features an airtight design with excellent sealing. The inspection door is made with superior sealing materials, and the leakage is tested during the manufacturing process using kerosene, resulting in a very low wind leakage rate.

6. The air duct layout is compact for both import and export, with minimal air resistance.
