The head teacher holds a postgraduate degree in Special Education from East China Normal University in Shanghai, has participated in hearing and language training programs organized by the Central Deaf Association and the Northern Deaf Association multiple times, and obtained relevant certifications; has also been engaged in hearing and language training work in Beijing for 15 years, accumulating substantial professional experience.
