The headmaster holds a postgraduate degree in Special Education from East China Normal University in Shanghai. They have participated in professional training programs in hearing and language education organized by the Central Deaf and Northern Deaf organizations multiple times and obtained relevant certifications. Additionally, they have been engaged in hearing and language education in Beijing for 15 years, accumulating substantial work experience.
