It features a 19-inch 3U standard chassis structure. The SPC8000-D3H is an intelligent single-layer integrated communication dispatching system that utilizes a more powerful and flexible ARM control core, dual-loop functionality, ensuring uninterrupted smooth operation for the communication system.
The SPC8000-D3H offers IPO/digital trunk and loop trunk interfaces for external connections, which not only support PSTN networks but also directly interface with IP phone network systems, enabling intelligent multi-network access. It effectively integrates existing information networks (LAN/WAN) with voice technology. It can connect to multiple dispatching consoles without a limit in quantity, meeting the application needs of various small metal/non-metal mining users.
Product Features:
● Support for Expansion: Up to 64 analog trunk lines, 32 IP trunk lines, 16 loopback trunks, and 1 E1/IPo.
● Unlimited access to the dispatching console is available, with the dual-circuit function effectively enhancing the reliability of the communication system, ensuring communication security.
● Powerful Functionality: Utilizes an ARM control core for better centralized management of various business cards.
Supports unit board fault detection and automatic isolation.
● Robust networking capabilities: Offers E1, ring relay, IPO interfaces, and supports interconnection functions.
Supports corporate networking, multi-level networking, and multi-level scheduling management.
● The IPO board supports IP phone registration in addition to relay functions.
● Centralized Network Management: Various business cards such as MCU, REC, IPS, etc., can be connected to the network via RJ45 cables, allowing users to manage remotely via WEB or client software.
● Full-channel recording supported.
Modular design allows for flexible configuration of the total capacity according to customer requirements, while supporting hot-pluggable for all cards.
● The long-distance user board can connect to terminals up to 10KM away.
● The MCU main control board, primary power box, and secondary power supply all support redundant dual backup.
● Lightning-proof, with overcurrent and overvoltage protection, the three-tier lightning protection ensures the equipment operates normally under harsh conditions.
System Advantages:
Open architecture, independently controllable
Utilizing the standard SIP protocol, the digital open architecture offers flexible expansion and independent control.
Flexible Deployment
IP network architecture, supports cross-network and cross-router deployment (LAN or Internet), as long as there's an IP network, both wired and wireless, deployment can be completed.
Highly integrated, centralized control, and efficient collaboration
Integrated with voice communication, broadcasting, combined dispatch, and recording functions, etc.
Customized Interfaces - Flexible Expansion
Offer an open SDK for easy development of new business functions in the system's later stages and integration with third-party business platforms.
Robust scheduling and integration capabilities
The Xiaobeng Integrated Communication Scheduling System is a unified solution that merges TDM architecture with IP networks, offering a range of multimedia scheduling services including voice dispatch, video联动 scheduling, teleconferences, SMS notifications, broadcast announcements, trunking dispatch, and gas alarm联动. It supports integration and development with third-party data services, security alarms, emergency response plans, and GIS systems, forming a robust multimedia communication platform.
Voice Scheduling
The dispatch console allows scheduling for various communication terminals such as analog/IP phones, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, etc., offering features like individual call, group call, round-robin call, phone conference, force insertion, force disconnect, auto-answer, monitoring, mute, transfer, roll call, and answer on behalf.
Video Scheduling
One-Touch Dispatch: Allows network cameras or analog cameras to be paired with landlines or mobile phones and other communication terminals. When the dispatch console calls the terminal, the system will retrieve the corresponding monitoring video and display it on the dispatch console, achieving a unified command and dispatch function with both audio and video.

Broadcast Scheduling
Supports features such as voice notifications, public broadcasts,喊话broadcasts, TTS text-to-speech broadcasts, tier broadcasts, command broadcasts, scheduled broadcasts, and task process broadcasts.
In the event of an emergency, an emergency broadcast can be manually or automatically initiated with a single click. Video interconnection is also supported.
You can pre-set multiple scheduling broadcast plans, each tailored to different time periods, regions, and broadcast content.
Leaders or dispatchers can broadcast announcements through landlines, mobile phones, or dispatch consoles. Supports concurrent broadcasting with multiple sources and microphones.
SMS Scheduling
Under normal circumstances, dispatchers can manually send SMS messages to the mobile terminals of relevant personnel through the dispatch console. In emergency situations, following the procedures set by the contingency plan, the dispatch system will automatically initiate single or mass SMS broadcasts.
Cluster Scheduling
Supports mixed trunking networking for both wired and wireless communication. Compatible with a variety of terminals including landline and mobile phones for two-way radio calls. Features dial-up interconnectivity and one-touch call to two-way radio. Supports various models and standards of trunking vehicle and hand-held radios. Allows for radio call to broadcast systems and triggers pre-set broadcast audio.
Alarm Dispatch
When a hazard is detected, the alarm system can automatically send the alarm signal to the command and dispatch platform (or trigger an emergency alarm with a single click manually), where the dispatch console will automatically initiate an audio-visual alarm to alert relevant personnel, while the broadcast system automatically conducts a hazard broadcast alert in the affected area.
Emergency Response Plan Dispatch
Upon receiving an emergency alarm or fire alarm notification, the system activates pre-set response protocols, such as: automatically dialing the fixed lines or mobile phones of relevant personnel or superiors; sending reminder SMS messages to the concerned individuals; and playing emergency broadcasts, etc.
GIS Geographic Information System
Using the positioning function of the GIS geographical information system, locate and identify the positions of various information terminals. On the dispatching console, you can make a one-click call to the communication terminal at the location, and simultaneously access the video surveillance bound to the location.

Integrated Operations
Supports unified and hierarchical scheduling. Responsible for daily administrative office communication, routine production scheduling, emergency scheduling during unexpected events, and monitoring and scheduling of communication terminals for various positions.
Standard IP Networking
Internally: All communication devices or terminals supporting IP protocols can be deployed in any area covered by IP networks and wireless networks.
Externally: Accessible via IP protocol to the IMS platform, or connected to communication equipment elsewhere through IPO. The IP protocol supports centralized and distributed system deployment.
Zoned Management
Through zonal management, the dispatch console can categorize terminals by region for easier management and control. Zonal management offers greater flexibility, allowing for dynamic adjustments based on actual circumstances.
A wide range of card types:
Special Function Boards: REC Recording Board, HF Cluster Gateway Board, AUD Audio Interface Board, DMB Broadcast System Board, ALM Dry Contact Alarm Board, RLD Fusion联动 System Board...
