System Advantages:

Open architecture, self-controlled

Utilizing the standard SIP protocol, the digital open architecture offers flexible expansion and independent control.

Flexible Deployment

IP network architecture, supports cross-network and cross-router deployment (local area network or internet), as long as there's an IP network, both wired and wireless, deployment can be completed.

Seamless Integration, Centralized Management, Efficient Collaboration

Integrated with voice communication, broadcast, unified dispatch, and recording features.

Customized interfaces, flexible expansion

Offer an open SDK for easy development of new business features in the system and integration with third-party business platforms.

Robust scheduling and integration capabilities

The BaoFeng Integrated Communication Scheduling System is a unified solution that combines TDM architecture with IP networks, offering multimedia scheduling services such as voice dispatching, video联动 scheduling, teleconferences, SMS notifications, broadcast alerts, trunking dispatching, and gas alarm联动. It supports integration and development with third-party data services, security alarms, emergency response plans, and GIS systems, forming a powerful multimedia communication platform.

Voice Dispatch

Through the dispatch console, various communication terminals such as analog/IP phones, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, etc., can be scheduled, offering features like individual call, group call, round-robin call, phone conference, force insertion, force disconnect, auto-answer, eavesdrop, mute, transfer, roll call, and answer on behalf.

Video Scheduling

One-Click Dispatch: Allows network cameras or analog cameras to be paired with fixed-line or mobile communication terminals. When the dispatch console calls the terminal, the system will retrieve the corresponding surveillance video and display it on the dispatch console, enabling a unified audio-video dispatching and command function, achieving the effect of "hearing the voice and seeing the person."

Broadcast Scheduling

  • Supports features such as voice notifications, public announcements, shout announcements, TTS text-to-speech broadcasts, level broadcasts, command broadcasts, scheduled broadcasts, and task process broadcasts.

  • In the event of an emergency, an emergency broadcast can be activated manually (or automatically) with a single button press. Video interlinking is also supported.

  • You can pre-set multiple scheduling broadcast plans, each catering to different time periods, regions, and broadcast content.

  • Leaders or dispatchers can broadcast announcements through landlines, mobile phones, or dispatch desks, etc. The system supports concurrent broadcasting from multiple sources and microphones.

SMS Scheduling

Under normal circumstances, dispatchers can manually send SMS messages to the mobile terminals of relevant personnel through the dispatch console. In emergency situations, following the procedures set by the contingency plan, the dispatch system will automatically carry out individual or group SMS dispatches.

Cluster Scheduling

Supports mixed push-to-talk networking with both wired and wireless options. Compatible with various terminals such as landlines and mobile phones for communication with radios. Features dial-up interconnectivity and one-touch push-to-talk calling. Supports various models and standards of mobile and handheld radio transceivers. Enables radio call to broadcast systems, triggering preset broadcast audio.

Alarm Dispatch

When a hazard is detected, the alarm system can automatically send the alarm signal to the command and dispatch platform (or manually trigger an alarm with one click), where the dispatch console will automatically sound and light an alarm to alert relevant personnel. At the same time, the broadcasting system will automatically issue a hazard warning broadcast to the relevant area.

Emergency Plan Dispatch

Upon receiving help alarm or fire alarm information, the system activates pre-set response plans, such as: automatically dialing the fixed lines or mobile phones of relevant personnel or superiors; sending reminder SMS messages to them; and playing emergency broadcasts, etc.

GIS - Geographic Information System

Utilize the GPS function of the GIS geographic information system to mark the locations of various information terminals. From the dispatching console, you can initiate a call to communication terminals at specific locations with a single click, while also accessing video surveillance linked to those locations.

Integrated Operation and Survey

Supports unified and tiered dispatching. Responsible for daily administrative office communication, production scheduling, emergency dispatching during unexpected events, and monitoring and dispatching of communication terminals for various positions.

Standard IP Network

Internally: All communication devices or terminals supporting IP protocols can be deployed in any area covered by IP networks and wireless networks.

externally: Accessible through IP protocol to the IMS platform, or can connect to communication equipment elsewhere via IPO. The IP protocol supports centralized and distributed system deployment.

Zone Management

Through zonal management, the dispatch console can categorize terminals by region, facilitating management and control. Zonal management offers greater flexibility, allowing for dynamic adjustments based on actual circumstances.

Allows for different meeting levels and can start meetings with a single button on the dispatch console. Up to 128 participants can join, with over 64 full-duplex speaking channels.

Monitoring and Recording

The system offers real-time monitoring capabilities. Additionally, it supports high-performance recording card configurations, enabling real-time recording of all communication terminals within the system, including call recordings, meeting recordings, and conference recordings. The recordings can be accessed, played online, and downloaded via recording software or the WEB.
