System Advantages:

Open architecture, self-controllable

Utilizing standard SIP protocol, the digital open architecture offers flexible expansion and independent control.

Flexible Deployment

IP network architecture, supporting cross-network and cross-router deployment (LAN or Internet), deployment can be completed with any IP network, including wired and wireless.

Highly Integrated, Centralized Control, Efficient Collaboration

Integrated with voice communication, broadcasting, combined line and dispatch, and recording function modules.

Customized Interfaces - Flexible Expansion

Offer an open SDK for easy development of new business features in the system and integration with third-party business platforms.

Robust scheduling and integration capabilities

The Xiaobeng Integrated Communication Scheduling System is a unified solution combining TDM architecture with IP networks, offering a range of multimedia scheduling services including voice dispatch, video联动 scheduling, teleconferences, SMS notifications, broadcast alerts, trunking intercom scheduling, and gas alarm联动. It supports integration and development with third-party data services, security alarms, emergency response plans, and GIS systems, forming a robust multimedia communication platform.

Standard IP Network

  • Internally: All communication devices or terminals supporting IP protocols can be deployed in any area covered by IP and wireless networks.

  • Externally: Accessible via IP protocol to the IMS platform, or connect to communication equipment elsewhere through IPO. The IP protocol supports centralized and distributed system deployment.

Voice Scheduling

The dispatch console allows scheduling of various communication terminals such as analog/IP phones, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, etc., offering features like single call, group call, rotation call, teleconference, force call, force disconnect, auto-answer, monitoring, mute, transfer, roll call, and proxy response.

Video Scheduling

One-Click Dispatch: Binds network cameras or analog cameras to landlines or mobile phones and other communication terminals. When the dispatch console calls the terminal, the system retrieves the corresponding surveillance video and displays it on the console, allowing for audio-visual integrated command and dispatch functions, achieving voice and image synchronization.

Broadcast Scheduling

  • Supports features such as voice notifications, public announcements, shout announcements, TTS text-to-speech broadcasting, level broadcasting, command broadcasting, scheduled broadcasting, and task process broadcasting.

  • In the event of an emergency, an emergency broadcast can be triggered manually with a single click (or automatically). Video interconnection is also supported.

  • You can pre-set multiple scheduling broadcast plans for different time periods, regions, and various broadcasts.

  • Leaders or dispatchers can broadcast announcements through landlines, mobile phones, or dispatch consoles, etc. The system supports concurrent operation of multiple broadcast sources and microphones.

SMS Dispatch

Under normal circumstances, dispatchers can manually send SMS messages to the mobile terminals of relevant personnel through the dispatch console. In emergency situations, following the procedures set by the contingency plan, the dispatch system will automatically send SMS messages individually or in bulk.

Cluster Scheduling

Supports mixed networking of wired and wireless intercom groups. Compatible with various terminals such as landlines and mobile phones for intercom communication. Features dial-up interconnectivity and one-touch intercom calling. Supports various models and formats of intercom vehicle stations and handheld transceivers. Enables intercom calls to broadcast systems, triggering preset broadcast audio.

Alarm Dispatch

Upon detection of danger, the alarm system automatically sends the alarm signal to the command and dispatching platform (or manually triggers an alarm with one click), where the dispatching desk automatically initiates an audible and visual alarm to alert relevant personnel, while the broadcast system simultaneously issues a warning broadcast to the affected area.

Emergency Response Scheduling

Upon receiving help alarm or fire alarm information, the system activates pre-set response plans, such as: automatically calling fixed lines or mobile phones of relevant personnel or superiors; sending reminder SMS messages to them; and playing emergency broadcasts, etc.

GIS Geospatial Information

Using the positioning function of the GIS geographic information system, locate and mark the positions of various information terminals. On the dispatching console, you can call the communication terminal at the marked point with a single click, and also access the video surveillance bound to the point.

Integrated Operation and Survey

Supports unified and tiered scheduling. Responsible for daily administrative office communication, production scheduling, emergency scheduling during sudden events, and monitoring and scheduling of communication terminals for various positions.

Zone Management

Through zonal management, the dispatch console can categorize terminals by region, facilitating management and control. Zonal management offers greater flexibility, allowing for dynamic adjustments based on actual conditions.
