The SPX200 IPPBX Programmable Private Branch Exchange is a new-generation intelligent IPPBX from Hangzhou Xiaobeng Technology Co., Ltd. It features a standard 1U rack-mount design, based on softswitch technology, and supports dual hot standby, up to 600 SIP trunks and 2,000 SIP accounts, with concurrent support for 200 voice calls. It is capable of connecting to the operator's core network via IMS trunks. It offers rich voice functions such as intelligent voice navigation, conference rooms, voice mail, hotlines, black/white lists, and supports IP phones, IAD voice gateways, and other terminal devices. It also supports system integration with operator desks, third-party billing software, hotel management software, and more. Suitable for a wide range of applications including corporate offices, banks, hotels, schools, hospitals, industrial and mining enterprises, institutions, and petrochemical industries.

High-definition LCD Display: Supports IP information query of devices, port status monitoring, and load monitoring.
Multi-level IVR intelligent voice navigation: Customizable voice navigation accurately directs incoming calls, enhancing corporate image.
Supports dual-active hot standby: in case the primary server fails, the backup server automatically takes over, ensuring the stability of the communication system.
HD Voice Call: Supports voice encoding: G.711, G.729, G.726, Opus, and T38 with Pass-through Fax Transmission.
Voice Conference Room: Supports multi-party voice conferences. Users can dial the room number to join, and the meeting host can also invite participants.
AutoCLIP Routing Feature: During internal extension dialing, a record is generated, and the external number dialed will be auto-routed back to the internal extension that made the call.
Voice Mailbox: Directs incoming calls to leave messages when the user is busy or unavailable, allowing users to listen to the messages directly through the phone or have them sent to a preset email address.
Supports internal/external call recording: Easily search and manage through USB expandable storage or network hard drive storage.
Blacklist/whitelist and firewall: Effectively block anonymous calls, spam calls, defend against malicious registrations and attacks, and enhance system security.
