Glass tempering furnace

The Xiangtian tempering furnace equipment is used for producing tempered glass through either physical or chemical methods, including both physical tempering glass equipment and chemical tempering glass equipment. The main components of the tempering furnace equipment unit consist of the following four major parts: the fragment placement section, the convection heating section, the flat tempering section, and the fragment collection section, as well as a high-pressure centrifugal fan, air supply pipes, an air collection box, gas lines, an electrical control cabinet, and an operator's console.

Glass tempering furnace equipment uses a process of heating flat glass and then rapid cooling to create compressive stress on the surface of the cooled glass and tensile stress within the glass, thereby enhancing the glass's strength and transforming it from annealed glass to tempered glass. As this tempering method does not alter the glass's chemical composition, it is termed a physical method of glass tempering equipment. Depending on the heating characteristics of the equipment, it can be categorized into forced convection heating tempering equipment and radiant heating tempering equipment. In terms of the equipment's structure and functional characteristics, it can be further divided into modular tempering equipment, flat tempering equipment, bent tempering glass equipment, continuous tempering equipment, bidirectional tempering furnace equipment, and so on.
