Vertical Fully Automatic Insulating Glass Production Line

The Xiangtian hollow glass production line consists of four main sections: the feeding section, cleaning and drying section, inspection section, and assembly section. All four sections are vertically installed at the same inclination angle, featuring a compact structure, economic practicality, high efficiency, and easy maintenance. The cleaning tank is made of stainless steel, and the conveying rollers are made of acid and alkali-resistant rubber. The glass cleaning process can be conveniently observed through an acrylic glass viewing window. The feeding section and cleaning and drying section are driven by manual variable-speed motors, ensuring the glass runs smoothly at an excellent speed. The drying section utilizes a high-power, inclined air knife to dry the glass surface. The inspection section is equipped with lamps for clear quality inspection of the glass cleaning. The assembly section features glass and aluminum frame positioning devices, enabling the placement of glass and aluminum frames. The glass is supported and conveyed by conveying rubber rollers, which are driven by a motor (roller press motor) via a variable-frequency speed controller and a sprocket. The glass enters this section from the cleaning and drying section at a low speed, accelerates after passing the inspection, and then proceeds to the next work section, enhancing work efficiency. The variable-frequency speed controller regulates the speed of the motor in this section, while a photoelectric switch controls the entry of glass into the next work section.
