In the liquid packaging and transportation industry, plastic drums are a commonly used container due to their numerous advantages and widespread application. When filling plastic drums, operators should pay attention to the following four points:

Firstly, before filling, please check if the bucket cap and body are a matching set. Otherwise, a mismatch can easily lead to liquid leakage from the mouth.

Please avoid dragging the barrels directly on the ground during transportation to prevent bottom wear and damage. The correct method is to have two people lift them with both hands or use a forklift with wooden skids for transport.

3. During filling, the liquid temperature must not exceed 70°C. Storage should be in a dark environment with a temperature below 40°C, and during shipping, the temperature should not exceed 25°C. It is strictly prohibited to transport containers filled with hot liquids immediately after filling.

4. During storage, it should be kept in a clean and dry place to prevent contaminants from entering through the opening of the drum, which may affect the quality of the liquid. Additionally, it is best to avoid direct sunlight exposure.
