The hardness and dimensions required are different, which could lead to adverse effects. During normal operation, high-pressure swivel joints often experience leakage issues, and sometimes newly installed joints can also leak. There are many factors contributing to leakage, and as everyone is aware of the leakage grades of swivel joints, we need to diagnose and address the problems based on the actual situation.

Common assembly issues lead to leakage in high-pressure swivel joints, including insufficient concentricity of the hollow shaft and mating rotating components, or low vibration and high amplitude of the mounting machine. Check the corresponding dimensions, adjust the connections fixed to the rotating body, repair the assembly machine, or replace the corresponding accessories.

Leakage during operation is primarily caused by dust, dirt, or other debris entering the frictional contact surface of the rotating joint, or when the pressure, temperature, and rotational speed exceed the specified limits. Additionally, leaks can occur due to the lack of regular lubrication and inadequate lubrication conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to install filters or dust removal equipment, understand the basic configuration of the connected equipment and machines, and select high-temperature rotating joints if the working environment temperature is high, or high-pressure rotating joints if the pressure is high. Ensure proper maintenance, including regular lubrication or bearing replacement.
