1. Ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic rotating joint drum and the internal piping. For new equipment, pay attention to adding filters if necessary to prevent foreign objects from causing abnormal wear on the rotating joints.

2. Due to long-term disuse, scaling and rust can accumulate within the hydraulic swivel joint, please note that there may be instances of binding or leakage upon reactivation.

Please regularly lubricate equipment with oiling devices to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic swivel joint bearings.

The hydraulic rotating union for conveying hot fluids should gradually warm up, not undergo a sudden temperature change.

5. Inspect the wear condition and thickness change of the sealing face (normal wear is typically 5-10mm); observe the friction pattern of the sealing face to check for issues such as intermittent three-point breaks or scratches. If such conditions are present, a new one should be replaced.

6. Handle hydraulic swivel joints with care, avoiding impacts to prevent damage to the components of the hydraulic swivel joint.

Do not allow any foreign objects to enter the interior of the rotating connector.

Avoid prolonged idling of hydraulic swivel joints.
