What to Do When a Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Equipment Pump Malfunctions
Today, we're introducing our pure water equipment. When using the equipment, first, check the power supply and ensure the connection is secure; the switch contacts are tight; there's no fuse blown; and there's no phase loss in the three-phase power supply. If there's a circuit break, fuse blown, or phase loss, identify the cause and promptly repair it. Next, inspect for any mechanical faults with the pump itself, common reasons include too tight packing or debris causing blockage between the impeller and pump body; rusted shaft bearing leakage rings; or a severely bent shaft. Solutions include loosening the packing, clearing the water channel; removing the pump body to clear debris and rust; and removing the shaft for straightening or replacing with a new one.
