What are the process flows of reverse osmosis equipment?
The reverse osmosis pure water equipment process flow is as follows: raw water → raw water tank → raw water pump → multimedia filter (quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → soft water processor → precision filter → high-pressure pump → first-stage reverse osmosis (RO unit) → pure water tank → high-pressure pump → second-stage reverse osmosis → ultraviolet sterilization unit → water point. The process description of the reverse osmosis pure water equipment states that the raw water tank serves to overcome the instability of the water supply network, ensuring a stable and continuous water supply throughout the system; it also guarantees the long-term reliability of each equipment. The tanks are selected in PE material or stainless steel. The control tank is equipped with a high-level float ball valve and a low-level level switch. It boasts high reliability, low cost, simple structure, and easy installation. When the water level is high, the float ball valve closes to stop water intake. When the water level is low, the high-level float ball valve opens to start refilling the tank. At the same time, the low-level level switch is disconnected, and the booster pump stops working. The raw water pump provides the necessary working pressure for the pretreatment equipment. The reverse osmosis equipment generally includes a raw water pump unit, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, etc. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index and residual chlorine, as well as other impurities in the raw water, to meet the requirements for reverse osmosis water intake.
