Reverse Osmosis Pure Water Treatment Equipment Applications
1. Electronics Industry Water Usage. The electronics industry is one of the common application areas for microelectronics, characterized by its high requirement for water quality stability. Apart from a few ultra-large-scale integrated circuits that use high-purity water, most electronic products utilize ordinary tap water as the source for production and experimentation.
As the integration of semiconductor components increases and process technologies advance, an increasing number of integrated circuits use high-purity, even ultra-pure water, as raw materials or cooling media for product manufacturing.
2. Boiler补给 in the power industry. Waterpower boiler make-up is one of the traditional recirculating cooling methods. When natural water sources cannot be used as supplementary water due to natural conditions, groundwater or urban wastewater are generally used as supplementary water sources.
Chemical industry. Many products produced using chemicals and organic solvents, such as fertilizers, fine chemicals, and cosmetics, all have stringent water quality requirements.
4. Beverage and Food Processing: The beverage and food processing industry requires a substantial amount of water with high quality standards, particularly in beer brewing and water treatment, where large amounts of COD are frequently produced. Consequently, the production processes in this sector are often equipped with ion exchange units to remove calcium and magnesium ions.
5. Desalination of Sea Water. With the decreasing availability of marine resources, it has become an inevitable choice for coastal areas to develop desalination technology. However, only a few countries in the world currently possess the core technology for desalination.
