Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment utilizes the popular reverse osmosis membrane separation technology, effectively removing charged ions, inorganic substances, colloidal matter, and macromolecular solutes from water. This product is widely used in industries such as electronics, power, and electroplating as a deionized water unit.
Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation filtering technology driven by a pressure difference. When the raw water's conductivity exceeds 1μScm, the pressure between the anode and cathode is around 3×105 Pa (or more than 30 kg-force square centimeters). At this point, if a reverse pressure greater than the natural osmotic pressure is applied (usually requiring a pump), water can pass through the reverse osmosis membrane.
Work Process
1. The pretreatment system is designed to prevent clogs in the pipeline and to protect the downstream reverse osmosis equipment from malfunctioning.
2. Primary RO Purification System: The primary role of the primary RO purification system is to reduce the incoming water's SDI and TDS values as well as pesticide pollutant indicators (organophosphates). The main processes employed include carbon adsorption, chemical precipitation, and gas phase microporous disc technology.
3. The RO (Reverse Osmosis) effluent from the secondary EDI desalination system is transferred to the desalinated water tank before entering the EDI unit for desalination treatment. The concentrated water from the EDI unit is then either softened and discharged into the cation exchange bed or discharged into the surface water or sea.
4. The Three-Tier Terminal Water Purification System can be adjusted with different post-filter settings based on varying water quality conditions in different locations.
5. The ultraviolet sterilization system disinfects the incoming and outgoing water with UV light.
6. Ultrafiltration/Nanofiltration equipment takes in feedwater directly into the main unit after passing through the pretreatment processor.
7. Ozone Generator - An oxidative strong oxidant using air as its raw material.
8. Full-Automatic Electrical Control System - Full automation of the equipment's control.
9. Auto-Cleaning Feature - Automatically cleans filter cores.
10. Fully Automatic Online Water Quality Monitoring System
Maintainance Tip: Indicator Light for Filter Core Life Span
12. Fault Alert Display: Indicates that the current machine is experiencing an operational issue.
Remote Monitoring - Monitor remotely via the internet.
