Following the approval of the construction organization design, immediately organize the relevant personnel from the project department for study and provide detailed instructions for critical areas. Actively communicate with the design unit to optimize the design to better fit the on-site conditions. As the project progresses, according to requirements, determine the full content of necessary documents, and collect, fill out, and organize them meticulously during the construction process. During the dismantling construction, key procedures and technical points are to be clarified by technical personnel on-site, and this instruction should be passed down to both the construction teams and individuals, ensuring everyone is clear about the technical points.
Demolition machinery must be under the supervision of a designated person and strictly adhere to the one-machine-one-person policy. The use of overlapping cross structures for demolition is prohibited. For buildings requiring toppling demolition, the distance between the toppling material and adjacent structures must be at least 1.5 times the height of the structure to be demolished. For buildings undergoing partial demolition, the retained sections must be reinforced before separation and removal.
