The roll架 equipment, with its simplified operation, has seen an increase in user efficiency and low input costs in recent years, leading to its widespread application across various industries. In the machine tool industry, the development of the welding roll架 is driven by the application of the product's welding structure, utilizing a rotating device with a conflict between the welded components and the active roll. Primarily used in series for large machinery in heavy industries.

The primary feature of the welding roller frame is the pressure during the welding process; no additional materials are required. Most welding methods, such as spot welding, high-frequency welding, and cold pressing welding, do not involve melting processes, so welding is not conducive to the burning of alloy elements; welding is not a harmful component and does not pose a problem. The infiltration of the welding roller parts simplifies the welding process and improves welding safety and hygiene conditions. Additionally, since the heating temperature is lower than that of melting welding, the heating time is shorter and the area of the thermal effect is smaller. Many difficult-to-weld molten welding materials can typically be welded on the printing machine, resulting in high-quality joints with the same strength as the main material.

Generally, roller structures are categorized into non-self-aligning welding roller frames, adjustable welding roller frames, and self-aligning welding roller frames. Non-self-aligning welding roller frames are used to adjust roller distances by moving the roller支架. Adjustable welding frames feature both active and driven wheels. The active roller is driven by two motors, with speed control achieved through a speed control motor, either by variable frequency control or electromagnetic speed control for stepless speed variation. The reverse line speed of workpieces ranges from 6 to 60 m/s, meeting the needs of various welders for manual welding, active welding, active submerged arc welding, and various types of riveting work. Self-aligning welding roller frames are adjustable in position, utilizing the friction force between the active roller and the weld seam to drive the rotation of the workpiece.

The Wheel Assembly Vibration Viewpoint can automatically adjust according to the diameter of the workpiece. The center can also be adjusted actively. It is primarily used for the installation or welding of cylindrical workpieces such as pipes, containers, boilers, and fuel tanks. When paired with welders and welding power sources, it can support direct internal and external seams, as well as welding of the workpiece and inner and outer ring seams.
