The company holds a Class 1 and 2 Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, License No.: TS2232770-2019. It is equipped with a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system, utilizing SW6 pressure vessel strength calculation software and design software such as AutoCAD 2007. The company possesses various imported CNC tube plate welding machines, automatic submerged arc welding equipment, CNC gas shielded welding machines, CNC plasma cutting equipment, 100mm-4 CNC blanking machines, large-scale shearing and bending machines, 50-2500mm CNC rolling machines, 30-2500mm CNC rolling machines, 12-meter large-scale milling machines, 200㎡ spiral plate heat exchanger forming rolling beds; large 7-meter long lathe, 3080 drilling machines, 1000 planers, X50 milling machines, CNC sawing machines, and other metal processing equipment.
