The flotation machine is a product of solid-liquid separation technology, and its application has garnered significant attention from scholars worldwide. Nonetheless, it comes in various specifications. What precautions should be taken during use? What are the key points for equipment installation if a malfunction occurs?

Floating Installation:

(1) The electrical box of the flotation machine should be placed on the side of the handrail elevator, and the environment should be kept clean.

(2) Prior to assembly, a solid foundation is crucial. Concrete mortar pads should be 100-1500mm in height. Frameless assembly is possible, but it generally needs to bear the weight of the machinery during operation.

(3) Cold water export can be connected to the drain pipe outlet, and if further process treatment is required, it can be directly processed by the next equipment.

(4) After the flotation machine is in place, the liquid level gauge needs to be adjusted.

(5) The connecting pipe between the wastewater channel and the reaction pool should be as short as possible to avoid disrupting the sedimentation in the pipe.

(S6) Sludge exports can be connected to sludge ponds or sludge treatment equipment.

(7) The air flotation machine must be equipped with a drainage pipe for cleaning. It can either excavate an irrigation channel or directly connect through pipes to a sewage pond for cleaning the water in the air flotation tank.
