By applying 6σ management techniques, it pursues "zero defects" and implements the IATF 16949 quality management system, constructing a modern and advanced quality management system. It strengthens communication and cooperation with management consulting companies like Deloitte and Roland Berger, introducing advanced theories, methods, and tools, and continuously improving and establishing a modern management system.
