What are the testing methods for airtightness detection equipment?
Real-time Pressure: Displays the current pressure value of the airtightness testing equipment, which will fluctuate in real-time according to changes in the external atmospheric pressure or air flow if the instrument is currently connected to the external atmospheric environment. The display accuracy is 0.001 kPa.
2. Inflate: When the icon displays 'Inflate', the instrument is connected to the outside world, and the air pressure can be output directly.
3. Pressure Adjustment: When the instrument icon displays 'Pressure Adjustment,' the instrument disconnects from the outside connection and is in an isolated state, used for adjusting and measuring pressure. It can also be used to check the current instrument pressure.
4. Select 50-100 products for airtightness testing and record relevant information on the airtightness testing equipment. Primarily, record the product's leakage values and mark them according to the ranges of pass and fail, using appropriate intermediate values as the testing standards.
5. Set the corresponding testing program on the intelligent airtightness testing equipment according to standard test parameters, and adjust the inflation time, pressure-holding time, testing time, and exhaust time. After editing the program, make appropriate notes for easy access.
6. Connect the test tube of the intelligent airtightness testing device to the inflation port of the product, press the start button on the intelligent airtightness testing device, and then automatically perform an airtightness test to determine if there are any leaks in the product.
