Some items may not look good with traditional equipment, but they can be easily finished with a needle setter. Of course, no machine is perfect, and there will always be some flaws during operation, so we need to be attentive during the process.

Operation Tips for Needle Feeding Machines:
1. The needle setter manufacturer introduces the inspection of parts' positioning and support on the fixture, design, dimensions, materials, and hardness, as well as the applicability of the needle setting structure to the needle setting process. It is essential to ensure that the support surface area of the needle setter structure is at least 1.2 times larger than that of the fixture, and the gap between needles must be controlled within 0.3mm.
2. At the beginning of the needle setter process, adjust the needle setter workbench position and secure it, measure the height of the first and last piece parts, standardize the operation, and after the needle reaches the lower pole/limit position, hold it for a few seconds before releasing the pedal.
3. Needle Mounting Machine Operation Tips: Inspect the operator's procedures, the positioning of the needle mounting fixture, the height of the needle mounting machine, and the process technology of the needle mounting structure. Check and standardize the operator's procedures and the positioning of parts on the fixture, and in this case, try to add a pre-pressure mechanism to the fixture.
4. Inspect the needle structure design, notify the fixture designer for modifications. For structural requirements that demand airtightness, oil leakage prevention, water leakage prevention, and corrosion resistance, use needle feed machines with sealed needles that differ from the shape and feeding method of standard needles.
5. Needle setter manufacturers introduce that after a period of operation, the needle may accumulate debris or experience wear to some extent. At this point, simply cleaning or removing the debris from the needle setter or replacing the needle tip is sufficient. If the fault persists after replacing the needle tip, it is highly likely that there is an issue with the bearing inside the needle tip assembly (the assembly contains three bearings, which may be flat bearings that are damaged). Replacing the faulty bearing will resolve the issue.
