Step one, we log in to Chongqing's Yu Express Office, click on the One-Window Service for Business Establishment, click on Online Filling, fill in the type of the enterprise and the name of the enterprise according to our own situation. This step is what we commonly refer to as name verification. If it's red, the name cannot be used and a new one must be provided. If it's yellow, follow the prompts for handling. If it's green, it's generally approved and you can proceed to the next step.

Step two involves entering the company's business address and scope of operation, among other relevant information. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

Step three, enter the company's registered capital, information about the shareholders, financial supervisors, and relevant proof materials. Once all the information is filled out, the shareholders and financial supervisors must sign the documents. After signing, the submission of the materials can proceed.

Step Four: Once the documents are approved, you can go to the approval office to pick up your license, or it can be mailed to you by the business administration department. Isn't that convenient?
