Polyurethane edge-insulated rock wool boards utilize a density of 120kg/m³. The rock wool blocks are interlaced, with fibers running perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the core board, densely filling the entire longitudinal and transverse sections. The blocks are connected through high-strength foaming agents, forming an integrated structure. The exquisite production process ensures a strong adhesive force between the high-density rock wool insulator and the inner wall of the metal plate, thus providing the rock wool sandwich panel with excellent rigidity.

The company's product has successfully passed the tests conducted by the Italian testing institution GIOROANOS P.A., in accordance with the standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), British BS, and German DIN. The polyurethane edge-bonded rock wool sandwich panels meet the fire resistance standard M. They are widely recognized as excellent building envelope fire and thermal insulation boards, featuring low thermal conductivity, good flame-retardant properties, high bending strength, non-absorbent, and non-rotting, etc.
